A listening-based therapy that gently regulates your nervous system through specially filtered music. It helps your body feel safe enough to actually heal — especially useful if you tend to feel on edge or shut down.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

A research-backed approach that helps your brain reprocess painful memories — so they lose their charge without you having to talk through every detail. Many clients notice real shifts within a handful of sessions.

Creative visualization

Using guided imagery to access experiences and emotions that are hard to reach through conversation alone. This is especially helpful for people who feel disconnected from their own inner world.

Synchronized Synergistic Therapy

A unique partnership between therapy and licensed massage — because trauma lives in the body, not just the mind. Sessions are coordinated so that what we work on in therapy is supported somatically, in real time.
