INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Embrace your journey

Individual therapy can be beneficial for a wide range of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, family issues, and more. It offers a personalized and collaborative approach to promote psychological healing and foster overall emotional well-being. My approach as an individual therapist is to provide a safe and supportive environment where  you can explore the potential deeper issues that your current life experiences may be pointing you towards. Oftentimes, life can leave you feeling like you are alone in the wilderness, not knowing which way to go. In individual therapy, you can begin traversing this wilderness with me by your side as you find your path to ultimate freedom, healing, and growth.

COUPLES THERAPY

Cultivate lasting love

Couples therapy can be beneficial for couples facing a range of challenges, such as communication issues, infidelity, unresolved conflicts, parenting disagreements, sexual difficulties, and major life transitions. The goal is to foster a healthier and more fulfilling relationship for both partners and to provide them with the tools to navigate future challenges together. Oftentimes, in our primary romantic relationships, we get triggered by our partners' behaviors; they fail to take out the garbage when they said they would, they sit on the couch while we put the kids to bed, they are on their phone instead of engaging with us after work. It's tempting to assume that their behavior is the issue; if only they would change X, Y, and/or Z, everything would be okay. While there may need to be some changes in your partner's behavior, it is important to look at patterns of communication and where they originate from in order to really identify what is going on at the root of your relationship issues. As a couples therapist, my goal is to help you and your partner understand your triggers, where they originated and how to cope with them so you can show up as your best self in your relationship.
