Treatment Options
The work looks different depending on what you need. All sessions are available in-person in Tampa or virtually.

Individual Therapy
One-on-one sessions focused entirely on you — your history, your patterns, your nervous system. Most clients come weekly, especially early on.

Couples Therapy
For partners who feel stuck in cycles they can't seem to break. We look at what's actually happening beneath the surface of your conflicts — not just communication tactics.

Step-down Support
If you've recently left an inpatient or intensive program — or are trying to avoid one — I can help you build the stability and support to keep moving forward.
