FEES AND PAYMENT
Therapy is an investment in your emotional well-being, relationships, and overall quality of life. My practice is intentionally structured to allow for thoughtful, attuned work—without many of the restrictions that can come with insurance-based care.
Session Fees
-
Individual Therapy (50–60 minutes): $195
-
Couples Therapy (50–60 minutes): $225
-
Longer or extended sessions: Available upon request
Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept major credit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards.
I do not offer sliding-scale fees at this time, which allows me to maintain a sustainable caseload and provide consistent, high-quality care.

Why Private Pay?
Working primarily outside of insurance allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and depth in our work together. This means:
-
No required mental health diagnosis
-
Greater discretion and confidentiality
-
Flexibility in session length and focus
-
Treatment guided by your needs, not insurance limitations
Many clients find this especially supportive when working with trauma, long-standing patterns, or life transitions.

Out-of-Network Benefits
If I am out-of-network with your plan, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement. Upon request, I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
