ALINA KLEIN THERAPY
I know what it feels like to look completely fine on the outside while falling apart inside.
Because I've been there. And it's what brought me to this work.

"People would regularly tell me how positive and bubbly I was. And I felt like a fraud."
I used to hide how I really felt from others — pretending everything was okay on the outside while internally struggling with severe anxiety and deep-rooted shame. To the outside world I had it together: the education, the career, the finances, the appearances. But inside, I was falling apart.
I reached a breaking point. And that scared me enough to finally get help. I went to therapy and did the hard work of facing trauma I had never fully allowed myself to look at.
Now I show up as the same person everywhere — with my clients, with my family, with my friends. I'm no longer performing a version of myself for every room I walk into. That freedom is what I want for every person I work with.
How I work with you
I am gentle but direct. I will be honest with you — in the kindest way possible. I won't dance around the hard things, but I'll never push you somewhere you're not ready to go.
I'm also real. I sometimes share from my own experience when I think it will help you feel less alone. Most of my clients tell me they feel very safe in my office — and that safety is something I take seriously and work hard to create.
My job isn't to fix you but to walk along side you as you uncover what's been keeping you from feeling fully connected to yourself.

A little bit about who I am
I believe you can't guide someone somewhere you haven't been willing to go yourself. Outside of work, I try to practice what I preach.
