I don't bill insurance directly, but I can provide superbills after each session — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients recover a meaningful portion of the fee this way. I'd recommend calling your insurance provider before we start to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

I'm not currently offering sliding scale fees. If cost is a barrier, I'm happy to talk through options on a consultation call — including how to maximize out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance plan or make a referral to quality insurance-based providers.

24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling is required. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee.
